Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “HealthGPT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) carefully before using the HealthGPT.Plus website and web application (“Service”) operated by HealthGPT.Plus (“us”, “we”, or “our”). HealthGPT.Plus is an experimental artificial intelligence (AI) web application that offers the following features:

a. Prevent – a tool to find out diseases you are at risk for developing b. Diagnose – an advanced symptom checker and clinical decision support to help diagnose patients c. Treat – a medication and supplement recommendation tool

The Service may also recommend interventions such as diet changes, lifestyle changes, supplements and nutraceuticals, medications and devices, laboratory and diagnostic testing.

The content provided on HealthGPT.Plus, including any information, tools, and recommendations, is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your health, diagnosis, or treatment.

  1. Affiliate Disclosure

We may be compensated by our affiliate partners if a user purchases a product through one of our links. This will not affect the price you pay for the product, and it helps support the Service.

  1. Privacy and Anonymity

We do not collect any personally identifiable information, and our tools and websites may be used anonymously. As a result, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations do not apply to our Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthGPT.Plus with respect to the Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements or understandings between you and HealthGPT.Plus regarding the Service.
