Our Mission

At HealthGPT.Plus, our mission is to empower people to take control of their health and well-being. We believe that healthcare should be a right, not a privilege, and that everyone deserves access to accurate, personalized health information and support.

Our Founder’s Story:

Our founder experienced firsthand the frustrations and challenges of the current healthcare system as a chronic disease patient. After being dismissed by 10 doctors and waiting four years for a diagnosis, he finally received a diagnosis for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) at the Mayo Clinic. His experience is not uncommon, the average time until the diagnosis for POTS is four years, with patients seeing an average of seven physicians before receiving a POTS diagnosis (if ever diagnosed). This inspired us to create an app that could help others avoid the same pitfalls and receive the care they need.

12,000,000 US adults Per Year

According to a recent report by the National Academy of Medicine, diagnostic errors affect an estimated 12 million people in the US each year, with one in 20 adults experiencing a diagnostic error annually. This has led to devastating consequences, including increased morbidity and mortality rates, as well as significant medical malpractice costs.

Most healthcare is not data-driven, with many doctors relying on their hunches, intuition and experience to make decisions. This can lead to inconsistency in care and missed opportunities for early intervention and prevention. By leveraging the power of AI and data analytics, we can provide a more personalized and accurate approach to healthcare. At HealthGPT.Plus, we are committed to addressing these challenges head-on by providing a comprehensive, data-driven approach to healthcare that can help prevent diagnostic errors and reduce malpractice.
